Great Hurricane Clean up advice

I ran across this while reading a few minutes ago and knew that I had to post this link. It is great advice for those of us who absolutely hate rotten food . I do disagree on one point though, if there is any food canned or not, I would not chance it. There can be unseen damage and botulism can affect the food without causing an off odor or smell.
